A new campaign is taking place against unfair delivery charges after 3000 complaints have been receive by a Caithness charity.
The charity Citizens Advice Bureau received the complaints due to unfair delivery charges customers in rural areas of Scotland have received.
Now manager of the charity has been invited to discuss the issue with senior Citizens advice bureau officials in Edinburgh.
Anyone affected by unfair charges is being ask to contact The Citizens Advice Bureau.
