A charity which provides food parcels to people in the Highlands, is having to turn people away due to a lack of resources.
HomeAid Caithness and Sutherland is struggling to meet the need of people wanting emergency food parcels after having their supply from Blythwood Food Bank being cut in half. The cut came due to a drop in donations leading to food stocks becoming low and demand for the parcels increasing.
Last year there was a fantastic response from the community after an appeal for food to be donated and this year the charity is asking again for people to help those who are in need.
