People of Lochaber are being asked to sign up to this years Gallop and Grind duathlon.The family friendly event is the fourth of its kind and aims to raise thousands of pounds for local cancer care.
Participants in the event will complete a short walk or run and then a bike ride through Glen Nevis. There is a choice between competitive and non-competitive events which have raise an estimated £130,000 to date.
The event takes place on the 2th August and entry is £15 for adults and £2 for children.
